Art walk

This has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world, since in little more than a kilometer you’ll find three of the most important museums: the Museo Nacional del Prado, the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza and the Museo Nacional Reina Sofía Art Centre. In addition, the three are located in the central axis of the current candidacy ‘El Paseo del Prado and the Buen Retiro, Landscape of Arts and Sciences’ to be part of the UNESCO Cultural Heritage list in the category of Cultural Landscape. The candidate complex includes, in addition to El Retiro Park, spots such as the Jerónimos neighborhood, something that makes the entire area an essential place on your next visit to Madrid. More info.

Flamenco ‘Tablaos’

Madrid is the capital of flamenco, since you can attend both great shows in the theaters of the city and small recitals of singing and dancing in ‘tablaos’ or halls any day of the week. Many of the best flamenco artists have departed from Madrid to travel around the world moving the audience with incredible shows. Let yourself be touched by the wide range of flamenco that you’ll find in El Corral de la Morería, one of the most famous tablaos in the capital and an essential visit for singers, actors and personalities from all over the world; or in Torres Bermejas or Cardamomo, among others. Discover them all and don’t forget to include them on your next visit to Madrid.
